Delivery within South Africa

Delivery charges are calculated upon checkout. The Home Quarter is partnered The Courier Guy to deliver nationwide from our hub in Johannesburg. Our team is skilled & experienced at handling packages with care while getting them to your home as soon as possible.

Please note that deliveries take place on working days only.

Although the system will generate a quote for all areas, we do not ship to remote areas (those which are defined by couriers as requiring a surcharge), nor do we deliver to PO boxes.

High-Risk Areas

The hijacking of courier vans is unfortunately a constant battle. Due to high-risk areas changing frequently, The Courier Guy cannot provide us with an updated list of these areas.

Alternative arrangements are in order to still provide deliveries in these areas. The delivery driver is arranged to wait at the relevant police station every day for the allocated times in order for the receiver to go & collect the parcel. Should neither be possible, the receiver can provide an alternative address where the courier does deliver or collect from the kiosk itself.

Collection Available in Johannesburg

Collection is available from Paulshof, Johannesburg. Select "Collection" at checkout & our team will contact you within a few hours to arrange pickup. We take special care to check all of The Home Quarter orders prior to collection, but if you feel we have missed something, please notify our team on info@thehomequarter.co.za within 24 hours of collection.

Please note that The Home Quarter is predominantly an online store & can accomodate customers by appointment only. Collections are available on Monday-Friday between 08h00-17h00. Weekend collections are available by mutual agreement.
